Pilot or pass, no annual lock-in. If it isn’t making the AE’s Tuesday better by week four, you walk and we delete the store.

Nothing sends without an operator’s approval — review-before-send is the irreversible-action gate, and every agent run is logged with model, tokens, cost, and the full reasoning trace.
